About Us

More than 20 years ago, our founder Bill Engelhardt, started a machine business, Converting Systems Inc. (CSI), with the development of an innovative new servo-driven bag machine. His vision was to better meet the needs of customers who were tired of their messy, hydraulic machines. Today, CSI has 22 employees and a full line of machines, all made in the USA, to help complete our customer's downstream blown film manufacturing processes. We have experienced continuous growth every year of our operation. Every member of our team is dedicated to CSI’s vision of keeping your production floor up and running. We ensure this by placing the right people in the right positions and retaining employees who are focused on excellence, teamwork, personal accountability, and whose number one focus is you, our customers.

CSI-Parts.com was started 10 years ago to meet the growing demand for quality replacement parts. We both manufacture parts in-house and distribute OEM parts for various makes/models of bag machines, winders, separators, and other downstream converting equipment.
