CSI-Parts: Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
Contact Us to be provided a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are only eligible 60 days from the received date. Returns will only be processed with a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items shipping back to CSI will be at the buyer’s expense and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item must be in new and unused condition. Specialized orders and software are non-returnable. Specialized orders are items directly manufactured in-house to custom dimensions to match your needs.
Refunds
Once an item has been received with a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number, it will undergo an inspection process. We will notify you within 7 days after the process has concluded with additional information. If the refund is accepted, you may receive either a credit of the purchase price or a replacement item.
