Returns

Contact us at parts@convertingsystems.com to be provided a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns are only eligible 60 days from the date of receipt.

An RMA number is required to process a return.

Items shipping back to CSI will be at the buyer’s expense and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item(s) must be in a new, unused, and undamaged condition.

Specialized orders are non-refundable. Those orders are custom machined to your dimensions for your specific needs.

Electronics and software are non-returnable.

Refunds

Through the RMA number process for returns, a Converting Systems inspection will occur. We will notify you with further information once complete. If the request for a refund is accepted, you will receive either a credit for the purchase price or a replacement item.
